Jerry Jones Reports a $100 Million CRK Purchase

The most significant insider transaction comes in a Form 4 filing by Blue Star Exploration Corp. and director Jerry Jones, owner of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys.

Blue Star and Jones revealed a roughly $100 million purchase in Comstock Resources Inc $CRK.

In another Form 4, Warren Buffett reported the purchase of another $73,681,431 worth of The Liberty SiriusXM Group $LSXMA.

Redmile Group filed a 13D for Fate Therapeutics Inc $FATE revealing an increase in its ownership stake from 13.22% to 14.90%.
