Insiders Report $1.6 Million in Combined HXL Buys

The biggest insider buy on today’s list comes via two Form 4 filings by the chairman, CEO, and president and one director of Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc $HXL.

Those two insiders reported a combined purchase of HXL with a total value of $1.6 million.

Topline Capital Management filed an amended 13G for Cognyte Software Ltd $CGNT revealing an initial stake of 5.20%.

In another Form 4, J.B. Hunt Transport Services $JBHT CEO John N. Roberts reported the acquisition of 6,200 shares, equivalent to $998,553.
