Former CEO Johnson Buys 100,000 BEN Shares

The most significant insider buy on today's list comes via a Form 4 filing by Charles Bartlett Johnson, former CEO of Franklin Resources Inc $BEN.

Johnson reported a purchase of 100,000 BEN shares, equivalent to $2.2 million.

Mubadala Investment Company filed a 13G for StepStone Group Inc $STEP revealing an initial stake of 5.40%.

There was also insider activity in Lions Gate Entertainment Corp $LGF.A and Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd $BHVN.

And, in another Form 4, director Maria S. Dreyfus bought 18,310 shares of Exxon Mobil Corporation $XOM for a total amount of $2,000,385.

XOM has been trading sideways above former resistance turned support for almost two years:

Any break above 120 could signal a potential move towards the next target around 151.
