Biglari Capital Raises Its LOCO Stake to 14.99%

The most significant insider purchase on today's list comes via a 13G filing by Biglari Capital Corp.

The private investment firm announced that it has raised its ownership stake in El Pollo Loco Holdings $LOCO from 13.50% to 14.99%.

Jerry Jones has made another purchase of Comstock Resources $CRK shares, this time investing a total of $19,395,165.

In another Form 4, director Gretchen R Haggerty reported the acquisition of 5,848 shares in Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc $ATMU.

El Pollo Loco has been in the base-building process for almost two years.

Price is challenging the upper bounds of the range as buyers work on absorbing all the overhead supply at this resistance level.

This area also coincides with the 38.2% retracement of the 2021-2023 correction.
