CEO Hightower Reports a $2 Million HPK Purchase

The most significant insider buy on today’s list comes via a Form 4 filing by Jack Hightower, chairman and CEO of HighPeak Energy $HPK.

Hightower bought 132,487 HPK shares, equivalent to $2 million.

Pilgrim Global ICAV revealed a purchase of $633,450 in Sable Offshore Corp $SOC.

HPK has been stuck within a broad range since, reminding investors that sideways is also a trend.

If and when buyers lift price above that downward sloping neckline, it could finally take off.
